By accessing or using Cynapse, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your internal business purposes, subject to these terms and your subscription plan.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to breach security, collecting feedback without appropriate consent, submitting unlawful content, or disrupting the platform for others.

Cynapse and its underlying software remain our property. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service and provide insights on your behalf.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated insights are error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cynapse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
